Every 21st of the month, Japan honors Kobo Daishi, the legendary monk and founder of Shingon Buddhism. To mark this occasion, Nishiarai Daishi Temple, dedicated to his legacy, hosts a small market from 9 AM to 4 PM, offering a unique spiritual and cultural experience.

By Train:
- From Tokyo Station:
- Take the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line to Nishiarai Station.
- At Nishiarai Station, transfer to the Tobu Daishi Line and alight at Daishimae Station. From Daishimae Station, it’s a 2-minute walk to Nishiarai Daishi Temple.
- From Asakusa Station: Take the Tobu Skytree Line to Nishi-Arai Station. From Nishi-Arai Station, it’s a 15-minute walk to the temple.
